Water Damage - Basement
A burst pipe created several inches of standing water in this customers home. SERVPRO of Beverly worked around the clock to restore the effected area and prevent any secondary damage from occurring. In these pictures you can see the water had been extracted and the excess water is still coming from out of the damaged carpets. The after photo is a dry basement and not pictured is the happy customer.
What to Expect
When you call, we will ask several questions regarding your water damage emergency. These questions will help us determine what equipment and resources to bring, including how many trained SERVPRO Professionals may be needed.

- Your insurance information (if applicable)
- The street address of the water-damaged business
- When did the flooding or water damage occur?
- What caused the water damage (if known)?
- Is there electricity available (on-site)?
