The Culprit:  A microwave fire caused soot to permeate an entire Manchester-by-the-Sea home, including basement.  The entire home's surfaces and belongings needed to be treated to restore this home to it's original state. This was the aftermath of a protein kitchen fire from a stove top in Beverly that we arrived upon. There was significant smoke and soot damage.
