After a frozen pipe burst, water was all over her first floor, and eventually all over her finished basement.  She told our Professional SERVPRO of Beverly/Cape Ann crew that she is so happy that we were there to help her and that they were wonderful!  She even said that she could not be more thankful having our crew help her through of this process!
